Faculty Profile

Gosia Langa joined R.H. Smith faculty as a lecturer in Spring of 2008.  Throughout her teaching career she has focused on a variety of courses within management.  She had opportunities to instruct undergraduate students in the areas of Strategic Management and Human Resource Management though Organizational Behavior courses comprise her main passion in the field.  She is currently involved in developing and instructing a course in Cross-Cultural Management which allows her to continuously challenge herself and her students. 

Gosia is also involved in conducting organizational education programs designed to help companies recognize and broaden the understanding of issues involving diversity and leadership, among others.
