Faculty Profile
Dr. Shmueli's research is devoted to
developing and adapting statistical
methods to non-standard data. These
include advanced statistical and data
mining methods for data visualization,
representation, and modeling.
Dr. Shmueli's two main application areas
are electronic commerce and
biosurveillance. She collaborates with
researchers in information systems,
computer science, marketing, public
health, epidemiology, and
statistics/data mining. Her work appears
in top journals and books.
