Service Innovation Practice Award

Sponsored by the Service Research and Innovation Initiative (SRII), the Service Innovation Practice Award is a new competition that recognizes research that demonstrates service innovation that has proven financial impact in industry, emphasizing Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) disciplines. In addition to submitting an abstract and impact statement, the finalists presented a 25-minute presentation at the Frontiers in Service Conference, and these items were evaluated by a committee of both academics and practitioners.  The award winner was announced at the Frontiers in Service Conference.
