Brian is a Partner with Ernst & Young and leads the Risk Advisory Services practice for the Baltimore office and leads the Enterprise Risk Management service offering for the Mid-Atlantic Area.  Brian advises clients on internal audit, business risks, and SOX 404 issues.  Prior to joining professional services in 1998, Brian was the chief audit executive for a bank holding company where he was responsible for internal audit, loan review, and compliance audit.  He holds numerous professional designations and earned his MBA and BS degrees.  Brian has spoken at national and regional conferences on risk management topics, and has written articles on internal auditing.
